Our handcrafted jewelry is sold via monthly restocks and through custom orders. For monthly restocks we set an exact date and time for the online shop to be updated. This date will be listed on our social media as well as our website. To gain a sneak peek at each collection be sure to follow us on Instagram and sign up for our newsletter.

Ready to ship pieces reserve a 7 day time frame from the date of payment where they will be shipped. Made-to-order pieces take up to 5 weeks for fabrication and shipment from the date of payment. You will see if your purchase is 'made to order' or 'ready to ship' in the information within the listing. We ship via USPS and will provide a tracking number to you.
All purchases are final sale. If you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival, please email us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will not refund due to an incorrect ring size, please confirm your size before purchasing.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refunds are at our discretion and have a 15 day time where we will consider them.
We will occasionally accept custom order designs. If you have an idea in mind please reach out via email at madison@madisoncarpenterjewelry.com please include your name and any specific details you have regarding the piece you are wanting to create. We will get back to you within 7 days to finalize details. Please allow up to 5 weeks to complete and ship the custom order.
